Golden Honey Sesame Chicken & Veggies features succulent chicken breast strips, crisp green beans, and tender yellow peppers coated in a luscious sticky sesame sauce that's irresistible. This well-balanced, quick and easy stir fry is perfect for busy weeknights.
In a bowl, combine the chicken strips, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.

Heat 1 tbsp of Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt in a large non-stick pan or wok over medium heat. Stir fry the green beans for about 5 minutes or until they are tender and slightly charred.

Add the yellow bell pepper slices and cook for an additional 3 minutes, or until tender. Transfer the vegetables to a plate and set aside.

In the same pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp of Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt and 1 tsp of sesame oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken strips, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the pan and place it on the plate with the vegetables, keeping everything warm.

To prepare the sauce, combine the chicken broth, 4 tbsp honey, rice vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and a pinch of red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.

In the pan or wok over medium heat, cook the minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Pour the sauce mixture into the pan, reserving about 2 tbsp in the bowl, and bring the sauce to a simmer. Let it simmer for approximately 3 minutes.

Add 2 tbsp cornstarch to the reserved sauce and whisk to combine. Pour this mixture into the simmering sauce, stirring constantly until the sauce has thickened.

Add the cooked chicken and vegetables back to the pan, stirring to coat evenly with the sauce.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
