Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. If you have a grill pan, that works too.

Sear the marinated chicken on each side for 3-4 minutes until fully cooked and has a nice char. Remove from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes, then slice into half inch strips.

To assemble the fajita bowl, start with laying a bed of cooked Jasmine rice at the bottom of the bowl.
