In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, 1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, lump crabmeat, sliced green onions, Worcestershire sauce, kosher salt, and black pepper.
