Over medium-high heat, heat the sesame oil in a large pan.

Add in the chopped yellow onion, minced garlic, and minced ginger, sauteing for 3-5 minutes until the onions become soft.

Add the lean ground turkey to the pan and saute until it is fully browned, which should take about 5-8 minutes.

Season the turkey with coconut aminos, fish sauce, sriracha, and ground black pepper, stirring well to evenly distribute the flavors. Allow it to cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the turkey mixture to a separate bowl and set it aside.

Using the same pan, add the shredded green cabbage and julienned carrots. Drizzle rice vinegar and remaining coconut aminos over the top.
