Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and line a pizza pan with parchment paper.

In a large microwavable bowl, add the cauliflower rice and microwave for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Once cooled, transfer the cauliflower rice to a thin kitchen towel. Gather up the ends of the towel and wring out as much excess moisture as possible.

Return the squeezed cauliflower rice to the bowl. Add the egg, shredded mozzarella cheese, dried oregano, and dried basil. Mix thoroughly.

Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the lined pizza pan. Pat it down firmly to form a round pizza crust.

Place the pizza crust into the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

PIZZA TOPPING

Evenly distribute tomato sauce on top of the baked cauliflower crust and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Add desired toppings.
