Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8x4 inch loaf pan.

Peel and finely chop the apples; set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, apple butter, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.

Add baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda to the bowl, whisking to combine.
