Indulge in these delicious Cheesy Whiskey Bacon Burgers, topped to perfection with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, and a mouthwatering homemade whiskey aioli.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Irish whiskey, minced garlic, paprika, a pinch of sea salt and a dash of black pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
GRILLED ONIONS

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add thinly sliced onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and caramelized, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Divide ground beef into 2 equal portions and form patties. Season both sides with sea salt and black pepper.
