Combine sour cream, ranch dressing, salsa, and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Stir until well combined and set aside.
QUESADILLAS

Preheat oven to 200°F.

Place 1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese on 4 tortillas, and then cover each with another tortilla.

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the quesadillas for about 2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

BURGER PATTIES
