Combine sour cream, ranch dressing, salsa, and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Stir until well combined and set aside.
QUESADILLAS

Preheat oven to 200°F.

Place 1/4 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese on 4 tortillas, and then cover each with another tortilla.

In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the quesadillas for about 2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the skillet and keep warm in the oven while you cook the burgers.
BURGER PATTIES

In a bowl, combine ground chuck, salt, and black pepper using your hands.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty.

Wipe out the non-stick skillet used for the quesadillas with a paper towel and cook the burger patties over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
BURGER ASSEMBLY

Place each burger patty on top of a quesadilla.

Top each patty with 2 slices of Pepper Jack cheese, 2 slices of cooked bacon, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and a dollop of Mexi-ranch sauce. Cover with another quesadilla. Cut into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
