Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the crescent roll dough and carefully unroll it. Separate it into 8 triangles by following the perforations.

Slice each dough triangle in half, creating 16 smaller triangles.

In a small bowl, mix together shredded mozzarella, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the mozzarella mixture onto the widest part of each dough triangle.

Place a fully cooked all-beef hotdog on top of the mozzarella mixture, and roll the dough around the hotdog, starting at the wide end and moving towards the narrow end.
