1 lb lean ground beef
1 small yellow onion

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add in the lean ground beef and cook until browned. Break it down with spatula into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the minced garlic and taco seasoning into the beef and onion mixture. Stir well to combine.

Add in the uncooked conchiglie pasta and 2 cups of water. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
