Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat

Add chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add in the lean ground beef and cook until browned. Break it down with spatula into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the minced garlic and taco seasoning into the beef and onion mixture. Stir well to combine.

Add in the uncooked conchiglie pasta and 2 cups of water. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Bring the mixture to a simmer and cover the skillet. Let this cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente and most water is absorbed.

Lower the heat and stir in the grated cheddar cheese and milk. Keep stirring until you reach a creamy consistency.

Season it with salt and pepper to your personal preference. Serve warm and enjoy!
