Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced jalapeño until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened.

Drain any excess grease from the skillet. Add in the drained black beans, drained fire roasted tomatoes, frozen corn, and cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese has melted and the ingredients are well mixed.

Layer half of the frozen tater tots at the bottom of the pre-greased baking dish. Evenly spoon the ground beef mixture over the tater tots.

Top the beef mixture with the remaining tater tots and spread the salsa over them. Lastly, generously sprinkle the nacho cheese blend to cover the whole tater tot layer.
