In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, diced onion, diced mushrooms, and diced oregano with the ground beef, spicy Italian sausage, black pepper, and salt. Mix well using your hands.

Divide the meat mixture into 12 equal-sized portions and shape them into small round balls, slightly smaller than the size of your muffin tin wells.

Wrap one slice of bacon around the edge of each meatloaf ball, ensuring that the bacon ends meet or slightly overlap. Cut bacon pieces to fit if necessary.

Place the bacon-wrapped meatloaf balls into the muffin tin wells, making sure they are snugly fit.
