1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a paper towel to absorb excess grease and set aside.
2
In the same skillet, add the sliced onion and sauté over medium heat for about ten minutes, or until they soften and start to take on a little color. No need to caramelize, a light sauté will do. Set aside.
3
In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Once melted, whisk in Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
4
Slice the buns in half. Brush the bottom half with some of the mustard-butter mixture, then layer with ham, onions, bacon slices, and Swiss cheese. Drizzle with some more mustard-butter mixture.
5
Place the top half of the buns back on and generously brush the rest of the mustard-butter mixture on top. No need to individually wrap the sliders - simply place them on a baking sheet.
6
Bake for around 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
7
Enjoy these delicious sliders right away for the best melty cheesy experience!
