Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and place a large, oven-safe pan over medium-high heat with the olive oil.

While the oven preheats, sprinkle chicken breasts evenly with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add bacon slices to the pan and cook until crispy. Once done, remove them from the pan, let cool, then crumble. Leave the bacon drippings in the pan.
