This fudgy and rich blue cheese is hand wrapped in local Syrah leaves that have been steeped in Pear Brandy and then aged at least 9 months. The cheese is made in Oregon where the cows graze on the pastures bordering the Rogue River. The unique terroir gives the cheese a rich and nutty flavor with hints of fresh berries and a pear finish.
