Meringue Powder

Royal Icing recipe: 2 cups powdered sugar (does not need to be sifted) 2 table spoons Meringue Powder 1/4 cup warm water 1/2 teaspoon clear vanilla or flavoring of your choice. Add more water to reach the consistency you need. It yields 2 cups royal icing. The great thing about this recipe that is easy to double or triple.
