We suggest you cook Member's Mark Beef Honeycomb Tripe within 3-5 days after purchase. Stove Top Preparation: Rinse the honeycomb beef tripe under running water. Soak it in a bowl for one hour and rinse again. Fill a large pot with water, add the tripe and bring it to a boil. Drain and rinse the tripe again. Refill the pot with fresh water, add the tripe and bring it to a boil. Turn down the heat and let the tripe simmer. Top off the water to keep tripe covered. Simmer for four hours or until tripe is tender. Drain in a colander and let tripe cool Cut tripe into short strips. Place tripe strips back into the pot, cover with a sauce of your choice. Simmer for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Enjoy!
