Oven Fried Shrimp Cocktail Ingredients: 1 lb. peeled shrimp, deveined tail intact 1 egg 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle mix 3/4 cup breadcrumbs 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup olive oil Directions: Preheat oven to 400° F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil onto the parchment paper Crack the egg into a medium bowl. Whisk and set aside In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Powercakes mix, garlic powder, paprika, and salt together until combined Dip the shrimp into the egg and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
