H-e-b Whole Cloves

Small, brown and spiky, whole cloves have a peppery taste and aroma. Harvested from the clove tree, these dried flower buds come in a handy when baking a holiday ham, since they can be inserted into all sides. Remove them before serving however — their hard exterior is unpleasant to bite into even after being cooked.
