Fresh Hot Hatch Chile Peppers

Grown in the Hatch Valley region of New Mexico, hatch chile peppers are in season for a limited time. Glossy-green with a distinctive smoky flavor, hatch peppers are easy to slice and dice. Inside, there are small flat seeds that are best removed before using in a variety of dishes. Often considered to be spicier than jalapeños, hot hatch chiles are great in stew, soup, enchiladas, queso and more.
