Fairbanks Port

A fruity, red product traditionally called a ruby port. Sweet, rich ripe berry and plum flavors. Fermentation is stopped or interrupted by the addition of alcohol at a predetermined point, resulting in a rich full body. This wine is best enjoyed after dinner by itself, or with cheese, chocolate or other desserts.
