Country Pleasin' Cajun Smoked Sausage

This sausage starts with our original hardwood smoked flavor, and then we add a blend of creole spices and a hint of red pepper to give it the best flavor with mild heat. This sausage is great for crawfish and shrimp boils, red beans, jambalaya, and Cajun Sausage Dogs or just by itself.
