Trottole originates from the Campania region of southern Italy. From the Italian for "spins," Trottole is best suited for soups and salads as well as vodka sauces. Made with organic durum wheat semolina using traditional bronze dies, this pasta has a rough textured surface which allows it to better capture and hold sauces once cooked.
