Ingredients: 8 White Castle Cheeseburger Slider, thawed at room temperature for 30 minutes 4 tsp. Dijon mustard 4 Thin slices deli-style smoked ham, cut in half then each half folded into a square 4 Thin slices Swiss Cheese, cut into fourths 2 Eggs, beaten 1 C Milk 2 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt 2/4 C Red raspberry preserves 4 Basil sprigs for garnish Directions: Heat a waffle maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Remove top buns from sliders. Place split side of buns down and spread each top with 1/2 teaspoon mustard. Top cheese on the bottom halves with each of the following: one folded piece of ham, 1/4 slice of Swiss cheese, one folded piece of turkey breast, and another ¼ slice of Swiss cheese. Add bun tops, mustard side down. Press down gently to help compact. In a small deep bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and salt. For each sandwich, pour about 3 tablespoons of egg mixture in a pie plate. Dip both sides of sandwich in mixture then place in waffle maker and press top down lightly, cooking two sandwiches at a time for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat steps for remaining sandwiches. To serve, place two sandwiches on each serving plate then divide preserves into 4 small ramekins and place one on each plate.
