Belgian Endive

We envy belgian endive for its creamy complexion and sleek lines. Its long, slender leaves are as elegant as a champagne flute. The slightly bitter flavor reminds us of radicchio, but the snappy texture is special to the endive. The arrowhead-shaped leaves have a soft, unpolished surface, but when you bite into them, they've got body and crunch.
