Serve up fajitas with grilled skirt steak (or tufu), guacamole and salsa. Crisp tortillas in the oven for tostadas and then top with refried black beans, lettuce and tomatoes. Or, cut into triangles, spray with avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and back on lined baking sheet at 350°F for 14-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
